Bridge Health
An app that allow patients to check-in to their family doctor's office and answer initial health screening questions.
The Problem
The current process implemented in health centres, and general GP practices, is quite a long process. And in person can still be paper based, which can be time consuming for individuals with many children, or even disabilities.
My goal is to design an app and website that seamlessly allows patients to get in touch with their doctors and answer questions in an effort to minimise the pain points already experienced, and respond to the needs.
